We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6:
- Article 6(1)(b) - contract: processing your enquiry where it leads to a booking or training agreement, and fulfilling that agreement.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:
- Google LLC - enquiry form submissions are stored in Google Forms / Google Sheets, and email correspondence is handled via Google Workspace.
- Cloudflare, Inc. - this website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare Pages.
Both providers act as processors under appropriate contractual safeguards.
International transfers
Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under UK GDPR - including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable, together with Google's and Cloudflare's commitments under the UK–EU–US Data Privacy Framework where relevant.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiry records - kept for up to 24 months from your last contact, so we can follow up or continue conversations.
- Client records - kept for the duration of our working relationship, then for up to 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected

How we keep data safe
We use reputable providers (Google Workspace, Cloudflare) with encryption in transit and at rest, restrict access to our own systems to Karen Henderson personally, and follow sensible data-minimisation practices - we only ask for what we need to help you.
